Being creative

Many people don’t like the work activism or consider that they have a valid opinion or that they can change things for the better. To overcome these barriers, we have worked with the arts as a way of enabling people to voice their views and start to take action.

WASPI (Women Against State Pension Inequality)

Our aim was to inform local women about the changes to their State Pension age and influence MPs and local politicians to understand the impact of the changes and support the campaign.

Activism and campaigning course

A short course which enables older people to develop skills and confidence as activists and campaigners.
